WIBN Wednesday - Summer Casual
A plain white t-shirt with a deep crew neck, flowy skirt or linen pants and a trendy (is it still trendy? did I miss the trend?) bib necklace... wouldn't it be nice to find yourself looking so elegant in a hurry?
I think you could still rock the bib necklace. Such a nice way to spiff up a white tee

I do not own one, but I have made a couple of piled-on metal chain necklaces in the past. I should post some pics maybe.
